Program Director, FBI
GDIT’s Health and Civilian Solutions Division (HCSD) is searching for a Program Director, overseeing the FBI portfolio of business. In the role, the Program Director will have profit and loss responsibility and people management of all programs supporting the FBI mission. Operational excellence will be a key to success for the Director, ensuring that contractual commitments are met on time and on budget. This includes using metrics to anticipate and minimize risk to the program and the customer. The Director should also be focused on delighting the customer, ensuring the best customer experience possible through direct interaction and by requiring that all program managers and employees do the same. The Director will be heavily involved in business development activities including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals. The Director will hold regular program financial management reviews with his/her team and leadership, focusing on financial analysis, budget, and profit enhancement. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. 2. Masters Degree preferred. 3. Professional certification (PMP) preferred. **TS clearance required. TS/SCI would be a plus.** Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have 12-15 years of program management experience in a government contracting environment with at least 5 years supporting FBI programs. Candidates must have demonstrated success managing programs that are profitable, well run, and have satisfied customers. Candidates must also have demonstrated success managing multiple programs simultaneously, success growing a portfolio of business, and effective people management and leadership skills. All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical discipline or the equivalent work experience. A master’s degree is preferred as is having a PMP. **TS clearance required.
