- Full-cycle recruiting (post ads on job boards, identify/screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend job offers)
- Manage new hire process and assist in training and development
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Employee relations and performance management
- Plan employee programs and events
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Human resource experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and business software programs
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is preferred but not required
