Customer Care Advocate

We need a team member who is professional, computer-comfortable, and great with customers for our Customer Care Team.
Responsibilities: Our Call Center provides top notch service to ATD members and customers through phone, email, and chat contacts. One look at our site (www.td.org) will show you the interesting topics you’ll deal with. You would be answering questions, resolving problems, and demonstrating how valuable our members and customers are to us.
Position requirements include a high school degree (some college preferred), professional phone demeanor, good verbal/written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Strong knowledge of the computer, and ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to enthusiastically support the organization. Call center experience is helpful – but we’re open to people who have worked with all types of customers – internal and external, banking, retail, administrative, etc.
ATD provides an outstanding compensation and benefits package. Located within blocks of the King Street metro in Old Town, ATD helps with transportation costs (parking is free).
