This position is for a Test Engineer to work on a Defense Health Agency project. The Test Engineer will utilize experience in test and evaluation of web applications hosted at DoD facility.

 

Primary Job Duties

    Develops test processes and proceduresCreates test Use Cases, scripts, test plans and executesSupervises test and evaluation technical effortPerforms typical tasks that include, but are not limited to, prototype development and first article testing, environmental testing, independent verification and validation, demonstration and validation, simulation and modeling, system safety, quality assurance, education and training and physical testing of the product or systemCreate and edit the following documentation: Quality Control Plan, Test and Evaluation Report, Test Evaluation Program Plan Test Procedures Test Performance Report, Test Readiness Review Agenda and materials and Test Readiness Review (TRR) Minutes
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field of studies and/or greater than four (4) years equivalent experience.

Qualifications Qualifications and Skills:

    Must be US citizenMust be able to get cleared for an SSBI ClearanceWorking in a large-scale SOA solutions for large, complex automated information systems projectsIT / User Administrative Support (required)Assisting with the DoD certification and accreditation information assurance following the DIACAP and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processesExcellent writing communication skills to assist in the creation of project-related documentation such as Project Plans, Configuration Management (CM) Compliance Plan, Software Implementation Plan, Development Integration Test (DIT) Environment Plan, Solutions Design Documents (SDDs), and other project documents.Industry Knowledge - DoD (Dept. of Defense) (Desired)Must be able to obtain DoD 8570 (Security + and an Industry Certification within 6 months of start)
