Wireless infrastructure company based in northern Virginia is seeking experienced (5+ years) real estate transactional counsel. Responsibilities include: drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate documents including, without limitation, ground leases and easement agreements, development agreements, non-disturbance agreements, construction contracts, and related vendor/third party service agreements. The ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills, excellent analytical and communications skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro are required. Wireless industry and large law firm experience a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • J.D., bar certification (D.C., MD, or VA); not less than 5 years of relevant, commercial real estate transactional experience.                                
  • Wireless infrastructure industry and/or large law firm experience a plus.
