Position Overview
Position Overview : * Support the preparation and execution of the Risk & Control Committee (R&C) reporting process, including assisting with development of monthly reports to stakeholders, quarterly reports to the Senior Operating Committee and Audit Committee/Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
* Support the execution of the Operational Risk Committee (ORC), including assisting with the production of committee reporting packages and meeting administration/coordination related activities.
* Support the quarterly BARC Aggregation Analysis process, including assisting with the production of the related reporting to the ORC, ERC and BOD.
* Support monthly Operational Key Risk Indicator reporting, including working with business area liaisons to gather and understand monthly results.
* Support other operational risk reporting demands as needed (e.g. annual 1st Line of Defense assessments, etc.)
* Maintain and update standard operating procedures documentation supporting the reporting processes, in compliance with corporate standards
* Support automation needs/efforts for the team

Basic Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years or related experience, or combination of education and experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to details
* Strong project management skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
* Understanding of risk and controls framework
* Ability to understand and work with a diverse group of stakeholders within first and second line functions
* Self-motivated, pro-active, and result-driven problem solver with the capability of managing multiple priorities without heavy supervision
* Capable of working independently or within a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
* Experience in audit or risk and controls, including governance frameworks such as COSO and COBIT, etc.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Project management experience
* Excellent organizational skills
