Dispatch and Reservations Assistant
General clerical duties as follows: maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, prepare written responses to routine inquiries, input work requests in computer system, dispatch drivers, coordinate affiliate work and monitor work requests. Maintain communications with customers, affiliates and drivers. Obtain work request information including dates, contact information and destination details. Create and maintain financial records related to delivery of service, invoices and payments. Respond to request for price quotes and answer work request inquiries. Other duties as assigned.
HS Diploma or GED required, College a plus but not required. Recent college graduates encouraged. Strong computer skills, organized, detail-oriented and productive, good interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and reliable.
