Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources will have the opportunity to manage and direct the operational, personnel and financial activities of the HR Client Services Team function. This provides human resource services to Hospital leaders, 4000 associates and more than 1000 physicians.
This dynamic new Human Resources leader will enjoy being a part of a driven, collegial and rapidly growing team, and will direct the Human Resources Client Services team in all aspects of service delivery. Under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Resources, this new leader also will enjoy directing Employment and Recruitment Management for the hospital, and will serve as the primary Human Resources liaison to designated departments.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated experience with managing a wide range of recruitment and retention activities, including maintaining the departmental budget. This new leader also will have demonstrated, successful experience with maintaining compliance with local, state and federal requirements, a Masters Degree in a related field, and five years of demonstrated leadership experience in a large, customer-focused or patient-focused environment.
