 Monitor incoming COMSEC Account Registration Packet (CARP)/COMSEC Automated Registration System (CARS) submissions. Track distribution and completion of CARP/CARS submissions in Tier 1/ Central Office of Record tracking spreadsheet.  Update Tier 1 and the KMI Management Client (MGC) account profiles with account registration changes.  Verify accuracy of submitted account registration data and information.

    Maintain the Tier 1/ Central Office of Record section of the organization network files/folders. Scan and upload copies of supporting documentation to appropriate database(s)/network folder(s).Report deficiencies identified in CARS, Tier 1, and other automated tools or policy/procedures utilized by the Tier 1/Central Office of Record.Provide support for data input and database inquiries in the management of materiel database records.Process One Time Pin Requests (OTP) for KMI conversions to include yearly reverifications of KMI roles and responsibilities.Process Semi-Annual Inventory Reports (SAIR) and Change of CAM Inventory Reports (CCIR), working with COMSEC account managers to reconcile discrepancies and errors between and the Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems.Process all assigned scheduled KMI transitions for Army COMSEC accounts, to include requesting registration enrollment forms, processing a CARP/CARS, processing a SAIR, enrolling the KMI operators into their roles, requesting backup OTPs, collecting training certificates, process the KMI Appendix A form and notifying any required personnel of changes and/or reporting on the status of assigned KMI conversions.Coordinate, track, review and process COMSEC account establishments, suspensions, in-activations, and reactivations.
Education Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Qualifications 2-5 years of directly related computer systems analysis and/or programming experience.

 Secret level clearance required.

Security+ Certification preferred but not required.
