Food Services Production Representative
Job Description Details:
Prepares specified items, by following recipes and culinary standards set by chef and retail manager. Operates safely and effectively industrial kitchen equipment, when needed, and uses appropriate culinary tools in safe manner. Consistently keeps department in way that meets and exceeds all State, County and regulatory agency compliance. Performs all other duties, as assigned. Supports Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to use culinary tools, such as knives, mixers, ovens, steamers, kettles, and slicers.
3. Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
4. Ability to read and follow recipes written in English.
5. Ability to add and subtract numbers.
6. Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral/written instructions in English.
