Must have at least 3 years strong participative leadership experience. Incumbent will oversee court operations and manage employees serving 2 U.S. Bankruptcy Judges.Must be knowledgeable about all functions in the Norfolk-Newport News Divisions Clerk’s Offices, including docketing duties, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, & refinement of all office policies, procedures, & programs. Knowledge of federal and local rules, court procedures and operations. Excellent knowledge and
understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of the Bankruptcy Court and a thorough knowledge of case administration processes and principles. This career track position offers entry level to full career salary potential. Salary range $68,640 to $155,073 depending on qualifications, education & experience.
