Senior Program Analyst
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a major Naval aviation weapons system program. 1. Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of aircraft modification program planning, budgeting and execution, APN-5 budgeting and execution or engine acquisition and CM. 2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program. 3. Participates in establishing and defining program plan/modification implementation/ECP schedule requirements. 4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. 5. Interacts regularly with customers, fleet and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements. 6. May perform business development activities. 7. Participates in special projects as required. Education Bachelors Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or additional work experience. Qualifications At least thirteen (13) years experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management as specified in the DOD 5000 series is required.
