Job Description If you have a passion for people and thrive in an environment where you can make a difference in the lives of employees then you could be our Talent Manager at PCM Services As Talent Manager you will create and deploy strategies around talent acquisition workforce planning performance management succession planning talent development and learning and engagement and retention that enhance PCM s capabilities and ensure the organization has the talent capable of meeting current and future business needs Overview The Talent Manager provides innovative leadership and direction for a set of HR functions including talent acquisition training and development and employment branding The incumbent will assist the Director of Administration in the development administration and communication of policies and programs within these functions to foster a best in class employee culture The incumbent will also work as part of the HR Corporate Administration team on other initiatives Responsibilities Recruiting Develop and or maintain job descriptions for all positions Establish innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for all positions using social media online job boards company website job fairs and internal resources Develop strategy to establish company branding in recruitment Ensure that recruiting methods and processes are efficient effective and promote diversity Compose content for open positions advertisements and determine appropriate posting locations Track monitor and report recruitment metrics Vet incoming applicants and resumes Conduct initial interviews and pre employment testing and background checks Provide hiring managers with the tools to interview and assess candidates accurately and fairly Prepare offer letters for approved candidates Notify appropriate staff members of any IT needs Conduct orientation for all new employees Employee Development Work with the Director of Administration to develop training programs and career path for all employees Manage the implementation and execution of the employee development program once established by providing training and or outsourcing to third party facilitators Work with the Director of Administration to formulate and execute a plan for employee succession identifying high performers and devising programs to optimize their potential Manage and further develop annual performance review process Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree and or a combination of education experience and training years experience in a recruiting training or HR generalist role Native English speaker bilingual in Spanish High level proficiency in MicroSoft Office programs particularly Excel PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a service trade or construction environment PHR SPHR certification Previous supervisory experience Skills Abilities Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong administrative multitasking abilities Excellent presentation skills with a clear speaking voice Superior interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills We Offer Competitive annual salary of to based on experience Yearly performance bonus eligibility Employee benefits package including medical dental life disability insurance Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday leave Tuition reimbursement Free onsite fitness center Company Description WHO WE ARE Since PCM Services has provided repair maintenance and renovation services to commercial property owners and managers in the Washington Baltimore metro areas We have more than employees who self perform a broad spectrum of services doing everything from asphalt paving concrete installation and pavement marking to masonry restoration and power washing to painting and interior construction PCM s commitment to EXCEEDING CLIENT EXPECTATIONS has helped us achieve a satisfaction rating with more than clients For more than years PCM has been solving problems for property managers The longevity of our team is a reflection of our company values We stand for integrity teamwork uncompromising commitment to client satisfaction and genuine pride in a job well done Visit our website at www pcmservices com for more information
