This match is a Account Development Representative position that thrives in a high tempo and energetic environment. This successful match will play a key role in achieving our significant revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, working with channel and distribution partners, generating leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate matched to this position will have great organizational skills, a high level of energy and the ability to multi task. #GETMATCHEDDAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with business owners and explain how product works Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals Provide feedback to the executive team to help constantly innovate our processes and product Close new business consistently at or above quota level Understand and apply proven concepts of deal structure and strategy that are proven models for successful achievement Hit the phones hard and generate new business Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline daily Serve as an enthusiast for suite of products and financial tools SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:You have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasmYou have a great personality with superior communications skillsYou focus on your goals and a have a great desire to succeed You share the ability to advance the vision of the department You have a powerful work ethic and Emotional intelligence You have the ability to be coached and follow a proven process You demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability You have the ability to exercise your own judgment and discretion while working independently You have sales or call center experience. Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience
