Client Product Specialist Manager
Ensures adherence of compliance oversight of the product. Effectively recommends solutions through proactive identification of potential client issues. Ensures complete resolution of client issues. Meets revenue and client retention targets. Coordinates with other asset management service groups. Develops, implements, manages and provides ongoing oversight of the product.Oversees the team's management and administration of client relationships and may be accountable for own clients. Effectively recommends solutions to problematic conditions that could adversely affect clients; collaborates with internal business partners to ensure resolutions.Actively cultivates new clients through conferences, seminars, presentations and panel participants. Actively participates in the sales process with team members to acquire new clients and expand services. Acquires additional assets from existing clients and identifies other bank products and services as cross-selling opportunities. Provides strategic direction to ensure retention and growth of assets under management.Provides strategic direction, thought leadership, idea creation and evolution of product by providing generally accepted guidance and insight. Drives and participates in functional projects and initiatives including revenue and compliance.Motivates and develops staff including acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.
