The Senior .NET web application developer is responsible for supporting S/ES-IRM with custom web application development. The .NET web application developer will have experience developing .NET web applications, designing and developing SharePoint-based applications that interact with enterprise databases, web services, and applications. The .NET web application developer will also guide and set standards for web application development teams as they provide service-based views of their applications through SharePoint 2007/2010/2013. Responsibilities will include:Design and Develop .NET web applications with database backendBuild custom web parts, "features" and "solutions", SharePoint Designer workflows, custom Visual Studio workflows, Event Receivers and Event HandlersEvaluate requests for custom features for feasibility to execute within 2007/2010/2013Script deployment of web parts and features within 2007/2010/2013 structureCreate system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP) for enterprise development within a SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 frameworkCreate concept of operations (CONOPS) documentation for the custom web applications\Create and maintain comprehensive application documentation, this includes but not limited to architecture diagrams, release notices, configuration items, input into testing plans, etc. as well as supporting Project Managers in all other documentation that they might needProvide tier 3 technical support to site administrators when coding or integration issues ariseAs needed, coordinate "feature" and "solution" deployment and testing with SharePoint Engineer, SharePoint Architect and S/ES-IRM Responsibilities: Qualifications:Over 6 years' experience developing web applicationsOver 4 years' experience developing using the .NET framework, including but not limited to .Net Framework 4.6, C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, Javascript, JQuery, and Microsoft SQL.Experience developing using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologyExperience in developing iOS application utilizing Xcode, Swift, and Realm.Experience developing and configuring MOSS for "SharePoint Solution" development - Custom Development within MOSS FrameworkManagement and coordination experience with large systems rolloutExcellent written and verbal communications, particularly with a customer focusOracle and SQL Server database development experienceExperience with Visual Studio workflows and the SharePoint API and web servicesTechnical requirements definitionExperience managing software buildsSecret clearancePreferred Qualifications3+ years of Component-based software development with strong C# skills coupled with Oracle, SQL Server2+ years Oracle and SQL Server database development experienceSharePoint implementation experienceVisual StudioExperience with operations with federal government classified and unclassified networksExcellent written and verbal communicationsOffice 2003/2007/2010/2013Active Directory integration with applicationsTechnical requirements definition
