Our Homeland Security Sector seeks candidates to support its business resilience offering, specifically upcoming full-scale and tabletop exercise projects for its homeland security and private sector clients. Successful candidates will support the design, control, execution, and evaluation of relevant exercise programs. Some domestic travel is likely required for this position.Perform research and analysis in support of the exercise planning processSupport planning, coordination, organization, development, conduct, and evaluation of exercise-related eventsTrack exercise and maintain situational awareness for the Exercise DirectorDevelop high-quality written communications products in Microsoft OfficeCoordinate teams of analystsSupport contract management activities such as managing budgets and resourcesSupport general business resilience business development activitiesBachelor's degree and/or Master's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a national security, public policy, political science, emergency management, or homeland security fieldMinimum of five (5) years of demonstrated professional experience in exercise or emergency management Secret clearance preferred but not requiredRequired Skills:Experience in developing and conducting tabletop, enterprise-wide functional, and full-scale exercisesExperience in developing and supporting creation of Master Scenario Events Lists (MSEL) and scenario designPreferred candidates will have experience in emergency management, critical infrastructure, and/or homeland security affairsExcellent analytical, communication (oral and written), and presentation skillsProficiency in relevant software programs including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelTo Apply: Candidates should submit a resume, a cover letter explaining interest and relevant qualifications, and a 2-3 page writing sample that demonstrates the ability to synthesize large amounts of information (on any topic) into a concise actionable summary.
