Leadership Coach Position Summary: TACG is looking for an experienced Leadership Coach. The general duties of the Leadership Coach will include providing expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of client organizational, and business improvement efforts to leaders within a Federal Agency. This one-on-one coaching will focus on increasing interpersonal skills and leadership presence, mission, vision and values clarification, developing change management skills and influencing and managing up and down chain of command. The Leadership Coach will also concentrate on assisting with Work-Life balance. Essential Job Functions: Providing work flow analysisDelivering planning, leadership guidance, change process and implementation methodology, and problem solvingResponsible for the preparation of evaluation statements, reports of findings, and supporting documentationProducing at least one 360-degree assessment per leader that is coached Essential Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a project related field Experience: 5+ years of professional coaching experience in both the private and Federal Government sectors.Demonstrated performance providing coaching and mentoring for problem solving, leadership and career development and support Required Skills: Must have the ability to analyze problemsEvaluate the contents of written informationAble to apply sound judgment to resolve problems or offer alternative solutions to management Additional Information: All leaders receiving coaching are in the Washington DC metropolitan area.Coaching sessions will be conducted either in person, or over the phone, according to the comfort of the leader; as such, some amount of travel may be required for any face-to-face sessions.Work will be performed on a part-time basis, with workload dependent upon government leader selection of leadership coach resume Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
