Our team is in search of an Outside Sales Representative who will be dedicated to creating a book of business in the DC/MD region, focusing on Division 3 construction solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional, who loves to create opportunities while maximizing their sales abilities! Responsibilities:Manage sales engagement from lead generation and proposal development to closing the dealDeliver consistent achievement of quota and gross profit revenue goals.Collaborate with other sales reps, operations coordinators, material handlers and drivers to ensure a service excellence experience for your customerRequirements:At least 3-5+ years accomplished solution-based outside sales experienceConstruction industry experience is helpful, but your experience capitalizing on opportunities is most important for success. We are happy to train you on the rest!Proven track record of establishing and growing a B2B contractor-based sales territoryExperience with CRM and ERP tools to track pertinent information including project details, sales and product inventory, and other relevant data.
