Email - Ryan Maits @ ryan.maits@slaitconsulting.com US citizenshipSecret clearance neededFort BelvoirNormal Hours Technical Expertise:Apply hands-on experience and advise, guide, and implement the client's standard collaboration and knowledge management tool set - ie SharePoint 2013 solutionDesign and document the environment infrastructure and teach/share with others as necessaryAnalyze ongoing business requirements with recommendations, and implement with client approval in the SharePoint 2013 environmentAssist users in leveraging out of the box enterprise SharePoint 2013 featuresManage SharePoint permission groups for various site collections within the enterprise environmentEnsure uniform navigation throughout all site collectionsProvide guidance to business units on structure of their sitesCreate / manage Nintex Workflows to automate business processes, as prioritized by the clientTechnical Management:Establish and enforce governance rules if none exist, or adhere to corporate rulesManage site collections and review periodically for adherence to policyCompile monthly reports on usage and progress of site collectionParticipate and advise on environment configuration changesMaintain currency of skills as new Microsoft SharePoint versions are releasedBe a primary point of contact for the Server Farm administratorsConduct meetings to ensure effective use of the tool set as well as understand issues and concernsSupport and Services:Encourage user adoption regarding SharePoint servicesProvide day-to-day support for users and other Site Owners below top level siteTrain end users on basic functionalityIdentify training gaps and escalate to enterprise governance forumPeriodically demo technologyEscalate error identification, investigation and resolution to help desk, as requiredWork directly with the client to define support objectives and priorities, identify risks, track service requests and ensure satisfactory fulfillmentWhat You Need For This Position:Minimum of six (6) years of broad SharePoint collaboration experience; and the implementation, application and support of related tools and services - ie knowledgeable in practical aspects of SharePoint 2013;CompTIA Security+ certification;Site collection administrator experience with SharePoint 2013;Proven experience in the design, implementation, integration and administration of Microsoft SharePoint 2013;Excellent communicator, adept at client relationship management;Experience building an enterprise Knowledge Management infrastructure;Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) clients, preferably Army, with the ability to identify, understand, react to and provide creative solutions to challenges within and specific to that environment;Experience managing/leading tactical efforts to define and execute goals and objectives, plans, timelines, and providing quality assurance of deliverables;Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build relationships and interface with senior level government leaders;Ability to juggle many different types of tasks at one time with the ability to work within project scope, flexibility and comfort operating in a fast paced environment;Ability to design workflows utilizing Nintex Workflow in order to support business processes, business intelligence, and business automation; andQualified candidates must have a minimum of an interim SECRET clearance or higher.If You Have This, It Is A Plus:MS SharePoint 2013 Site Collection and Site Administration certification.Experience working with Defense IT programs.Experience using Nintex workflow.Experience using MS Project Pro 2013 and Project Server 2010 and/or 2013.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
