Will oversee the growth of the current Rehab Department (Multidisciplinary Environment-PT/OT/SLP/Assistants) and expansion of the Outpatient Rehab Department. Build out underway for new Rehab Gym/Facilities. Looking for experienced leadership that will oversee the Management of 30 + Therapists and additional hiring as we continue to our expand our reach throughout Washington, DC as a HealthCare leader and the region's most highly respected hospital outpatient networks. PROGRAMS: The Outpatient Supervisor the Ortho/Neuro Dept, the clinic has "seating", "driving", lymphedema, day program, "big and loud", and standard outpatients. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the overall quality and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within a single facility or a cluster of facilities. Plans, develops, implements and monitors business. Develops and evaluates effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs. VITAL STATS: * Supervise both clinical and admin. staff and ensure compliance with the APTA standards and clinic policies and procedures. * Provide leadership in establishing the philosophy of rehabilitation for the facility with fellow staff members and based on the needs of the patients. * Provide direct patient care including the initial evaluation, determination of the treatment program, and implementation of the treatment program. * Conduct ongoing evaluation of the patient's progress in cooperation with other members of the health care team. Maintain an up-to-date record of individual patient treatment sessions. * Oversees the maintenance of the clinical records in accordance with the facility's policy and procedure manuals.
