Identifies patient needs based on professionalknowledge and medical plan of care. Establishes individualized outcome measures foreach patienta€ (TM) s care. Delegates interventions based on critical thinking skills and aknowledge of the competencies of each team member. Coordinates care to maximizedesirable outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost effective utilization of availablepersonnel and resources.
