SAP NS2 Program Delivery Manager for SaaS-Herndon-20171 General ResponsibilitiesManage high profile customer migrations projects from Hosted model to SaaS modelProvide governance for ITIL processes by developing internal KPIs and reporting through Jira ticketing systemProfessionally articulate customer facing messages for RCAsProvide feedback to senior level management regarding incidents, projects, and KPI metricsCreation of reports to track Incident volume, downtime, RCAs, and change controlTrack and support Service Delivery with high profile tasks and light projectsDevelopment of internal processes to support the customer implementation delivery modelProvide governance for critical escalations from Customer Support.Develop and Implement Customer based KPI reporting Qualifications:Bachelora€™s degree in technical or business area, or equivalent experiencePMP or 5-10 years of PM experience with program governanceChange Management ExpertiseSaaS Project Management ExpertiseSuccessFactors customer migration or implementation experience preferredExpert written and oral communicationExpert organizational and planning skillsExperience using a CRM a€“ Jira preferredExpert in MS productsExperience with Metrics and reporting in a operations environment Core Competencies:Demonstrates critical thinking and technical operations understandingAppropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with outside organizations and managementAbility to learn functional and technical concepts quicklyUnderstanding of technical issues and business impactCapable of handling multiple incidents and tasks concurrentlyBusiness process developmentAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously SAP'S DIVERSITY COMMITMENT To harness the power of innovation, SAP invests in the development of its diverse employees.
