Important : Candidate's experience MUST meet the following two requirements 1. Three of the past Five years experience must be with a Federal Financial Agency that interfaces with US monetary financial system. Eg FRB, Treasury, FDIC, OCC, SEC etc. 2. Experience should be in applications/ platforms that interface with Federal monetary system Number of positions: 3 Citizenship: US Citizen/ Green Card Location: Washington, DC Duration : Full Time REQUIREMENTS: Oracle Project Manager will have ability to: o Expert knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Middleware, Infrastructure architecture, SQL and Unix scripting o Proficient with technology stack of Oracle applications, PeopleSoft and Supporting tools o Conversant with enterprise IT operations and have migrated ERP applications earlier o Possess strong project planning skills, strong oral and written communication skills o Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management throughout the project life cycle to assist planning, testing, and migration of the applications o Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and requirements, testing, and production migration requirements o Work closely with the Technology Services staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects o Work with clients to foster best business practices, the appropriate use of automation to provide efficient, cost-effective administrative systems and a continual process improvement approach to the Board's automated administrative systems o Participate with ASAP team in the software development life cycle for Oracle Financials, Oracle PeopleSoft and other supporting applications, o Migrate Oracle database, monitoring tools, scheduling tool, middleware, interfaces, and applications o Understand and implement Oracle's Fusion Architecture wherever applicable on per need basis. o Strong skills in how to secure database and applications. o Understand Oracle database and application architecture to provide performance tuning services when needed. o Troubleshoot database and application issues, when coming from the DBA and application DBA areas. o Understand disaster recovery principles and performing disaster recovery when applicable. o Participate and provide expertise in system capacity planning efforts. o Develop solutions with team members to implement previously defined and documented requirements DELIVERABLES: o Overall project management o Interface to the CLIENT Program Manager o Project Plan o Testing Plan o Communication Plan o Training Plan o Project Risk Log o Issues Log o Managing architecting the migration o Managing Migration of all the databases, web servers, applications and interfaces o Managing Migration of the shell scripts Start date: ASAP If interested, please send your resume with the following details - 1.
