The Nursing Supervisor assures the application of standards for nursing practice through observation, supervision, intervention, and evaluation. She/he will act as a role model, resource and communication link to coordinate nursing and other hospital services to assure safe patient care. She/he is responsible for administrative decisions which assure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; BSN preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Maryland RN license CPR certification EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) years or more experience as a staff nurse with progressive leadership responsibility.
