The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative sourcing techniques, conduct in-depth phone interviews and schedule in house interviews in coordination with the Manager of Recruiting. This individual will also take an active part in developing networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events. Successfully source and qualify potential employees. Conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. Experience posting job requisition in accordance with OFCCP government regulations. Proven understanding of recruiting and sourcing concepts required. Creative, think outside of the box recruitment strategies. Must have the aptitude and creativity for figuring out how to recruit for other unique positions. Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Function in a dynamic environment to achieve success through developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline. Maintain professional and courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships. Follow standard, documented policies and procedures for all recruiting activity. Work in a collaborative team environment with other recruiting staff, sales, and administrative professionals. Perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Review and understand assigned requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those requirements. Utilize Companya€ (TM) s Applicant Tracking System extensively and record all relevant candidate activity and documentation in the candidate database.
