This includesmentoring process & adjusting resources andstrategies throughout the yearas neededAnalyzeemployment-related data and prepare required reportsWorkwith other members of the Operations, Human Resource and Safety to identify andaddress recruiting key items such as marketresearch, wage surveys,unemployment and other factors affecting our ability to attract and retaintalentDevelopand lead all sourcing metrics to sustainable hiring productivity.
