This position requires an Electrical/Electronics engineer with a strong 5-10 years of experience in Reliability testing. Reliability testing background includes hands on activities such as test planning, writing test protocols, creating test fixtures, writing test software, test execution, tracking failure modes and creating test reports. Proficiency in labview is expected. Mere familiarity will not be enough. Ability to work with hardware, software and systems engineers to identify reliability issues and provide solutions to decrease unscheduled service will be a big plus. Experience in Optics will be a plus. Experience in Medical diagnostics industry is preferred. Industry experience is mandatory. A person who loves to work hands on in R&D laboratory will be a good fit. The person should possess a high-level of self-motivation and ability to work on a team. Ability to effectively manage time, organize and prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments is necessary. Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills expected.
