The work is to be performed in the Dahlgren VA area. Job Responsibilities: a€ cents Technical analysis of a wide variety of engineering, sustainment and logistics problems involving C2 systems and their related IT and communications systems interfaces.a€ cents The candidate must understand the Operation, Maintenance and Sustainment of AF current and legacy systems and is expected to quickly become knowledgeable in the functionality and programmatic history the system.a€ cents The candidate must have knowledge of Command and Control concepts with specific interest in C2 for systems providing space observational dataa€ cents The candidate must have familiarity with DoD systems acquisition and their supporting systems security engineering requirementsa€ cents The candidate must have familiarity with IT systems engineering and related software requirements and interface analysisa€ cents Prior experience in supporting a Systems Program Office (SPO) with solid understanding of USAF Acquisition, Logistics, Sustainment, T&E and maintenance processes is also desired.a€ cents Knowledge of systems security engineering requirements and application to C2 is highly desireda€ cents Knowledge of DoD Architecture concepts and artifacts is desireda€ cents Other duties as assigned Qualifications: In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. a€ cents Must have an active US Government Secret security clearance and be TS/SCI eligiblea€ cents BS in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
