Job Description- Director, Health and Productivity Practice In this position, you will\: Contribute to the revenue growth and financial performance of the local Health & Productivity practice Dedicate no less than 30% of time to revenue growth with new clients or existing clients Produce a personal minimum revenue stream annually of no less than $400,000 through new business sold. Bill no less than 800 billable hours per year. Contribute to EBIT of no less than 15% annually Serve as a strategic advisor to large clients on H&P issues Work with the regional practice leader to develop strategic business plans for the local practice that support the practice strategic direction and the local markets Support major H&P projects and business development initiatives within the practice to ensure engagements are staffed Participate on H&P and cross functional teams and promote teamwork within the practice Provide specific guidance and direction to associates to ensure work focus is correct and work is delivered on time and on budget at the highest quality standards Manage projects so that results are both of distinctive quality and useful to the client Maintain awareness of industry, market and competitive trends to leverage services provided and to aggressively grow revenue Interview, recruit and hire high quality staff. Mentor and train staff, continually focusing on developmental opportunities. Deliver on expectations for revenue and EBIT Contribute to the development and deployment of Health thought leadership initiatives in the practice and to the development of practice team in region. Work with Office/Region Leaders to identify and fill talent gaps, serving as face to the market for talent in the practice, especially when key senior positions are being filled. Network within Conduent (including other offices) demonstrating support and respect of Conduent peers. Conduct meaningful performance appraisals of direct reports. Take appropriate action, when necessary. Lead a highly efficient staff with high chargeable time. Develop sufficient work and staff to profitably leverage the position of director. Special Skills Ability to think creatively. Ability to work collaboratively as part of team to achieve client objectives Able to initiate and sustain successful working relationships with associates, clients, stakeholders and public and private agencies. Thorough knowledge of and experience with pharmacy benefits, health care delivery systems, health management, wellness and behavioral health management. Education and Experience Bachelors degree required Applicable licenses required Eight or more years of health care industry experience required with demonstrated ability to successfully develop and implement employee benefit programs. In-depth knowledge of medical benefit programs and the Pharmaceutical, Health Management and Wellness Industries are suggested.
