Responsibilities:a€ cents Troubleshoot production problems, provide root cause analysis. a€ cents Coordinate with multiple teams, capture all production implementation activities and work towards UAT and production deployments a€ cents GIT Code migration and promotion a€ cents Build, configure and support middleware environments according to standards. a€ cents Develop automation to support the build and configure process, using Unix shell scripts, Java apps, Jenkins, or other tools. a€ cents Support integration projects, trouble shooting middleware issues and assisting developers and testers on infrastructure related issues. a€ cents Update infrastructure documentation as required. a€ cents Weekend work and after hours support as needed. a€ cents Mentoring Junior team members a€ cents Willing to learning new technologies and take ownership. a€ cents Participate in on-call rotation. Specific skills required:a€ cents Development background with Middleware admin experience in SOA/OSB or Weblogic and Apache/Tomcat a€ cents Passion for automation of support tasks and improvement of existing processes/procedures; Experience modifying complex Unix shell scripts for automation and monitoring of middleware applications. a€ cents Experience troubleshooting application issues related to middleware integration. a€ cents Strong working knowledge in WLST and shell scripting. a€ cents Working knowledge in using Distributed Queue Management and clustering a€ cents Experiencing in J2EE and web-application development. a€ cents Experience in performance testing of J2EE applications. a€ cents Demonstrated ability to plan and execute cross-team projects involving middleware in large enterprise environment. a€ cents Experience working with LDAP, SSL and networking concepts a€ cents Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. a€ cents Experience with service Now other ticketing system a€ cents Strong verbal and written communications skills; will be required to document activities and any new support processes developed Desired skills:a€ cents Experience with Oracle SOA Suite development a€ cents IBM Web Services Gateway administration experience a€ cents Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
