A company in Fairfax, VA is looking for a high level Customer Service/Account Management Representative. This person will provide excellent customer service to an account base with a focus on company objectives, through partnerships with sales reps, customers, warehouses, sales accounting, logistics and inventory control. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: - Manage customer accounts, from initial order placement to delivery. - Receives, processes and accurately enters/edits customer orders and inquiries utilizing both internal and external order entry systems. - Maintains detailed, accurate customer/order records as required by department standards. - Communicates directly with customers and necessary organization departments regarding all pertinent order info: ship/delivery date, anticipated delays, change in mode of transportation, etc. For consideration please submit your resume to .
