Job Description: * Answer phones. * Greet guests. * Assist in creating purchase orders. * Involved in Billing and collections. * Process payroll- collect and enter time reports. * Assist in scheduling site visits. * Job coordination. * Follow up with clients. * Provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience with Vista Viewpoint software. * A solid understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
