Front Desk Coordinator needed at Reputable Distribution Company located in Baltimore County!As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:- Answering and transfering calls; taking messages as needed- Greeting customers and greets- Serving as first point of contact to customers, clients, and guests- Supporting Sales Department with answering inbound phone calls, taking orders and entering orders into the system- Variety of administrative tasks which could include: filing, data entry into Excel, and typing memos in WordIdeal candidates for this Front Desk Coordinator position will have at least 1+ years of previous office experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
