Special Counsel is working with a major Am Law firm that has a need. for an International Trade Legal Secretary to support their busy practice. The. primary focus for this position will be assisting with filings/e-filings for. the Department of Commerce, US International Trade Commission, and the US Courts. **Responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and preparing trade-related filings, such as APO's and JPO's * Handling docketing, document review, and document production. * Arranging attorney travel, meetings, and other appointments. * Managing attorney time entry and client billing. * Other administrative support tasks as required. **Qualifications are as follows:** * Familiarity with the DOC, ITC, and CIT filings/e-filings, procedures, and guidelines. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in an International Trade law firm or comparable experience. * Proficiency in MS Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. * Flexibility to work overtime.
