This will include:Email Exchange Server AdministrationOffice Admin SupportProvisioning new equipment for end usersSetting up accounts in Microsoft ADCreating and managing Exchange accounts and groupsCreating and managing SharePoint accessRepairing or replacing faulty hardwareConfiguring network settingsDeploying security updatesAdvising employees on computer usageOther tasks as assigned by the IT ManagerFacilities Management of both Rockville and Vienna officesLiaison to building managementManage office and parking accessManage office services and supplyCoordinate events such as on and offsite luncheons, picnics and holiday parties Job Requirements Minimum requirements: BS in Computer Science or technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquiredMinimum 1-3 years of experience in providing computer technical supportMinimum of 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment Preferred skills:Microsoft Windows 7,8, 10Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012Active DirectoryMicrosoft ExchangeMicrosoft SharePointPC Hardware troubleshootingStrong interpersonal and communications skills for building relationships and interacting with all levelsExperience managing staff and facilities in multiple locations Futrend Technology, Inc. is a rapidly growing innovative business and technology solutions provider.
