Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate submission of commercial drug formulary in format required to upload to the Sunrise Acute Care system (CRIS)Validate commercial drug formulary in CRIS.Develop test scripts related to pharmacy orders for functionality reviewParticipate in activities to improve the usability of CRIS for all medication processesCoordinate creation and submission of Pharmacy order templates (inpatient and outpatient) Coordinate assignment of Pharmacy templates to formulary items Recommend proper limitations within the drug templates to promote safety (ie only able to order oral drug PO) Coordinate assignment of dose limits to drug orders Coordinate creation of product-specific drug orders (ie gentamicin 80mg/100cc D5W -
