Bilingual Human Resources Data SpecialistPosition Discription:Enters and maintains HR information into HRIS system(s) (eg transfers, promotions, new hires, terms, change of address, etc.). Reviews and verifies accuracy and completeness of information; follows up to correct or complete data. Identifies and reconciles routine and complex data input discrepancies. Extracts and compiles information from HR Systems to produce routine and specialized reports. Liaise with HR Business Partners and other appropriate resources to improve data quality and accuracy. Documents and communicates data entry processes or best practices to HR Community. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Essential Job Functions:Good communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customer and associate levels.Proficient computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail, and Internet.Organized and ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions.Exhibit tact, courtesy and reasonable speed and efficiency in performance of duties.Strong relationship skills.The ability to travel when necessary.Strong confidentiality skills. Minimum Skills and Qualification Requirements:Associates Degree in related field preferred.Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in data entry.Be self-motivated and able to troubleshoot, identify issues and recommend solutions.Be able to meet deadlines.Have strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel.Be well-organized and detail-oriented.UlitiPro experience preferred.Must be flexible and able to work with all levels of organization.Bilingual Spanish and English required.
