Requirements include a minimum 3-5 years of legal administrative experience and a strong knowledge of MS Office 2010. The position will be administrative in nature but may include more advanced projects regarding Excel or number manipulation. Primary responsibilities can include preparation of legal documents; court pleadings and correspondence, preparation of court documents and filing documents in office of the clerk of court, scheduling court dates, meetings, and court reporters, handling travel arrangements for attorneys, entering and revising timesheets, expense reports, and pre-bills.
