Regional Sales Manager (Higher Education and Government)

This individual should be competitive by nature and possess a hunger for human interaction. He/she should also be an exceptional listener and possess a high sense of urgency. This individual will also have experience specifically selling into the higher education and government marketplace.Responsibilities: Develop/plan your sales strategy and effectively position the Company s services Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Workday and develop in-person relationships with all in-region field offices Run complex sales cycles managing prospects and internal staff Manage existing customer accounts to determine future revenue opportunities Manage multiple, concurrent deals cycles maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data Manage to a quarterly sales quota Provide support for marketing activities and events Work with the Delivery Team to develop estimates for work and position us ahead of Collaborative competitorsSkills and Requirements: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organization levels Ability to work with customer and internal team members to estimate services needs Ability to understand and effectively communicate the benefits of an on-demand/web services architecture Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies Proven success in selling complex services and solutions in the higher education and government market Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as using SaaS applications Ability to travel 50 to 75% to customer and workday locations for effective relationship development Bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferredEEO Statement:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.Disability Statement:Because we do business with the government, we must reach out to, hire and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities.
