Job DescriptionCenter for Vein Restoration is hiring a Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) for our Centralized Scheduling Department at our corporate office in Greenbelt MD! The PSC is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls for new and existing patients. The PSC's maximize patient satisfaction by understanding the needs of the patients to provide optimal support.Start making a different in patient's lives today! Qualifications and Education Requirements: Ability to be a compassionate customer service advocate who is also a self-starter, can work independently and as part of a team and has excellent time management skills Capacity to handle multiple phone lines at the same time pleasantly and efficiently Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-call handling environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Excellent customer service skills with a positive can do attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Education: High School Diploma/GED required; 1-2 years of college preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in a medical environment.
