Specialty: Randstad Finance & Accounting **Description** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Well-established company in downtown DC seeks a Marketing Associate to drive online sales through partnership/third party development. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Utilize available resources to develop, launch and manage a comprehensive on-line and physical marketing strategy to drive consumer sales within the company's vertical markets. + Source, evaluate and maintain key vendor partnerships who provide online traffic to drive sales, provide value and ensure the customer experience aligns with company expectations and sales goals. + Analyzes potential problems with customer on-line activity, suggests alternatives, and gives direction as appropriate to resolve customer inquiries in an urgent and concise manner. + Ability to work with cross-functional departments and foster positive relationships with technology providers, vendors and web contacts. + Analyze the company's current social media program and related content to recommend both strategic and tactical changes to improve brand presence and drive traffic volume and time spent on the company's social media pages. + Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, current products, merchandising techniques from valid competitive sources. **KEY OBJECTIVES:** + **Expanding Our Brand-** Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive consumer sales through the company's online sales platforms. Research potential partnership opportunities, then devise and implement marketing strategies to land partnerships within the DC Market. + **Strategy-** Utilizing ingenuity to promote comprehensive on-line marketing campaigns. You are a collaborative partner in new client and partner development. + **Analysis-** Analyze potential problems with customer on-line activity, and utilize data driven resolutions when mitigating customer inquiries. Provide metrics on the company's current online sales platforms, and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, current products, and merchandising techniques. Analyze market trends and advise on pricing strategies. + **Consumer & Client Engagement-** Preparing effective presentations based on identifying client needs. Achieve our performance indicators by spearheading marketing efforts to sell parking products directly to the consumer based on their short and long term parking needs **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's Degree in a related field. + Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Marketing or related field. + Excellent oral and written communications. + Basic knowledge of online marketing strategies; including social media + 1 - 2 years' experience with Excel and all Microsoft Products.
