Oversee and maintain alignment of all security related issues associated with Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Business Development, Boeing Subsidiaries international business opportunities and contracts. Experience/Required Skills: The post will provide coordination and oversight on behalf of ISA Regional Leaders on government program security activities taking place in international locations. This individual must have experience in applying security procedures in a large Corporate or Government organization and preferably a good understanding of US Government Contractor requirements associated with international government classified procedures. Experience of Security Audit/Compliance in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Standards is an advantage. The Candidate must have good communication skills, both oral and written, and be conversant with common office and basic computer system skills. The post will be office based in Washington DC with minimum travel (up to 25% distraction) and deployment internationally in support of emergency contingencies as necessary. Position will report directly to International Security Director. A Current US Passport is required. Responsibilities: * Monitor and coordinate response within ISA to One Boeing International Process (OBIP) requests; ensure coordination to include relevant Security & Fire Protection departments response; * Coordinate with Boeing BDS and host nation government security personnel to ensure that unique physical requirements for restricted areas are documented; * Prepare and maintain procedures to ensure the US and host nation cleared facility security requirements are documented; * Interface with employees, sub-contractors and government officials on security related issues, ie secondment and government clearance requirement; * Perform security indoctrination briefings as required to support deploying personnel; Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 CFR | 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A Current US Passport is required. Up to 25% Travel is required.
