Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator for our office in Tysons Corner, VA. This position provides administrative support to our various internal departments and executives. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. This is a great opportunity for a new grad looking to be exposed to various operations and departments before moving up within our company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. + Provide courteous and efficient phone service. + Deliver all messages in a timely manner to include routing messages saved in the general voice mail box. + Ensure all guests are handled in a professional and courteous manner. + Ensure that the reception area is presentable at all times. + Receiving and sorting and placing mail into boxes for individuals. + Ensures business activities are conducted within the Naylor code of conduct and in a professional manner with the highest degree of quality. + Maintain office supply inventory. + Serve as primary point of contact for building management and security. + Assist with scheduling and set up of training and meeting rooms. + Collect and compile travel reimbursement reports from staff. + Promotes teamwork among the various functions of the branch and the company to ensure long-term success of the business. + Provide various administrative and financial support activities for the Boxwood, Timberlake and CMG, Management. This may include providing various routine or administrative tasks such as preparing or compiling reports; preparing documents or correspondence; filing; following up on maintenance or other activities as scheduled by the Office Manager; etc. + High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred + Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or customer support role + Outgoing, friendly and personable demeanor and disposition, who can serve as the "face of Naylor" to visitors and callers. + Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including work experience in a customer service-type role. + Clear, articulate and friendly "telephone voice." + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. + Willingness to conduct self according to Naylor's operating values, which include operating with honesty and integrity, and in a spirit of teamwork and respect. + Physical requirements - capable of light lifting up to 25 pounds; capability to move and rearrange furniture for meetings, training needs, etc.; active capacity for walking up and down stairs, around building; etc.
