Customer Service Associate Location: VA - Reston Description NVR has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948. As a Customer Service Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide NVR customers a positive experience in the face of difficulty. Your proactive problem solving skills will help you analyze and communicate customer issues as a team leader. Primary Responsibilities + Managing and responding to customer service issues, including recording details of customer service requests in customer relationship management system + Work directly with field service employees to develop strategy for handling long-term customer service issues + Work with the supervisor to monitor call center activity and optimize customer service processes Qualifications + 1 - 3 years of professional experience in customer service + Highly-driven proactive problem solver + Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task + Proven ability to interact with customers and manage relationships + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Understanding of the Homebuilding industry is a plus. + Knowledge of NVR products and procedures is a plus.
