Chassis & Safety employs more than 40,000 people worldwide and generated sales of approximately €8.4 billion in 2015. **Auto req ID** 59273BR **Job Title** Maintenance Technician **Country** United States **Posting Location** Culpeper, VA **Job Description** Required: Associate's Degree Minimium Requirements: 2 years of general Maintenance Experience MUST possess an ASSOCIATES DEGREE Must have at least two years of general Maintenance Technician experience, preferrably working on CNC Machinery. Provide support to production by performing preventive and corrective repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment. Assist engineering with technical problem solving. Assist with technical training. Perform preventive maintenance on production related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair machinery using technical manuals, blue prints, electrical schematics, and programmable logic controllers. Install and maintain a wide variety of production related machinery using ordinary and specialized tools and instruments. Document all work performed in the Maintenance Data System. Assist with the training of technical personnel in job related duties. Assist engineering with long range problem solving. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Ability to read electrical and mechanical blue prints / schematics Ability to troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Computer skills General knowledge in Siemens step 5 and 7 PLC General knowledge in Siemens CNC 840C and 840D **Job Requirements** Required: Associate's Degree Preferred: Maintenance Experience in High volume manufacturing facility **EEO Statement** EEO / AA / Disabled / Protected Veteran Employer.
