MAINT. II (E20-17-0455-F) Bowhead seeks an Electronics Technician Maintenance II. Essential functions will include: * Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacture's manuals or similar documents. * Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence and in selecting tools and testing instruments. * Receives technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician, and work is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. * May provide technical guidance to lower level technicians. Requirements * Three (3) years of experience in applying maintenance to engagement systems electrical or computer components and assemblies. This experience includes performing tasks such as: solving complex problems, making circuit analysis, calculating wave forms, and tracing relationships in signal flow, using complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, and frequency synthesizers. * US Citizenship required. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold an active security clearance at the SECRET level. Physical Demands: The office environmental conditions consist of computer stations and desks with adequate and adjustable lighting. Chairs are designed to fit the various individuals and the tasks being performed. Ergonomic evaluations are completed as needed, to provide up to date modifications to all work stations. If the position requires, an applicant must pass a pre-employment criminal background history check.
