Requisition Number 17-0155 Title Administrative Support Specialist City Dayton State Ohio Employment Type Full Time Hot Job Yes Description The Administrative Support Specialist will provide full spectrum support for multiple USAF acquisition programs within the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance and Special Operations Forces (ISR/SOF) Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

The incumbent will provide a wide range of administrative support services for multiple programs managed by the ISR Sensors and Foreign Military Sales Division, to include:

Providing the administrative support necessary to coordinate and assist program office operations in all facets of acquisition administrative support. This includes assisting in administrative duties to support planning, organization, coordination, communications, and documentation.

Supporting Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials.

Assisting in verifying document formats against administrative processes and assist with maintenance of a tracking system for identification and correction of deficiencies.

Providing administrative support to Division personnel with various systems, such as Defense.

Travel System (DTS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) and Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), TDY Tracker, Suspense Tracker, Training and other organizational databases.

Assisting with processing civilian time cards and managing civilian leave requests in ATAAPS (DCPS if ATAAPS is inoperative). Additionally, ATAAPS/DCPS tasks require data entry, profile maintenance, and assistance to the civilian workforce.

Assisting customers with completing travel authorizations, travel orders, and travel vouchers in DTS, including entering travel requests and vouchers via DTS for Branch and Division leadership.
Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A minimum of a High School diploma (or GED) plus seven (7) years of relevant experience is required. Candidates with an Associate's degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience, or a
Bachelor's degree plus no additional experience will also be considered.

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: Top Secret clearance (SSBI within the past five years) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI-DCID 6/4) eligibility on the first day of employment.
