The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in restaurant management,business or related field with strong guest service skills. Three years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, catering, retail food, concessions or institutional food service operation. Additional experience may be substituted for the degree.
Valid Driver’s License with less than 5 points. Prince George’s County Food Service Sanitation Manager, TIPS or equivalent alcoholic beverage handler’s certificate. Salary in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s
