Fulfillment Coordinator

Do you have experience with inventory management and working with a fulfillment system?  Our client, a Non-Profit organization in Washington, DC needs a Temporary Fulfillment Coordinator to manage their inventory of literature and merchandise and handle fulfillment requests with excellent customer service.

This person will interface with other departments of the organization to facilitate the promotion of the organization’s literature and merchandise offerings, coordinate volunteers to assemble literature kits, be an expert in shipping logistics and facilitate outgoing mail. 

Other duties will include tracking data and producing fulfillment reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis; keeping the fulfillment center adequately stocked, inventoried and organized; work with the publications department to maintain archives of key pieces of literature; and oversee merchandise sales at events including training support staff on the related protocols.
